Dhaka's most beloved fuchka stall since 1998. Karim Bhai uses a secret tamarind water recipe passed down three generations. The crispy shells are made fresh every evening, and each fuchka is hand-filled to order.

The tamarind water is absolutely legendary. I've been coming here every week for 5 years. Never disappoints. The doi fuchka is something else entirely!
Karim Bhai is the GOAT of Dhaka street food. The chotpoti is perfectly balanced — not too sweet, not too sour. Perfect evening snack.
Great fuchka, very hygienic for a street stall. Sometimes the queue is very long. Wish he opened earlier.
Brought my guests from India here and they were blown away. Nothing like this back home. The spice level is perfect.
Delicious but the portion size for chotpoti could be a bit bigger for the price.
